For everyone trying to fix Chase issues here is my story. I had three 30 day lates on my account. The account was an old WAMU bank credit line which chase closed when they aquired WAMU. Anyway I have payed all but 300.00 of the balance and decided to try a GW letter via chase message center. I received an almost automatic denial response. After reading more on the forms I ran accross a new contact for the CHase CEO. I sent an email and received a returned call within 3 hours. The person that called me was the CEOs assistant. She collected more info and stated that she would call me back within 48 hours. Well I received that callback today saying that once I pay the final balance they will delete the account from the three credit bureaus.
Woot another win truely credited to these wonderful forums...
