Open sky card question

So from what I searched in the 2nd year the AF jumps up to $50 is that right?

Where did you read that? On the terms and conditions it says $35 annually. No mention of it going up.

It should not jump, but by the year two, you should have better option to look into. 

 

There is nothing wrong with Open Sky per se, but it's not a keeper card. See if anything else, especially unsecured cards, are available to you. 

You can check local credit unions, they will often have starter/rebuilder cards
