If their is no showing of any actual inaccruacy in their reproting, they can either dismiss any direct dispute, or verify its accuracy.
Absent an actual inaccuracy, the route is to obtain their good-will in deleting the reporting.
Filing of a direct dispute without adequate supporting basis is not apt to foster a feeling of good will in their camp, and could damage chances of any GW deletion on their part.
