Original creditors charge offs

I have finally managed to get all of my collections off of my reports.

but I feel like the original accounts (charged off in 2016) are drastically dragging my scores down.

any advice? How would I get the original to report good instead of bad.

also one of my old accounts is a Capital One card, I just got approved for an New Capital One Card, will the old one still report?

Re: Original creditors charge offs

The only way to get a CO removed is via GW removal. And if they refuse to do GW removal, they also won't change it from CO to a positive account. And yes, even if you get a new Capital One account, the old charged off one will still report since they're 2 different accounts.
