PFD Credit Management LP- Still On

Back in August 2020, I paid a $150 collection with CREDIT MANAGEMENT LP from some sort of Comcast bill after moving. 
I've seen this charge thousands of times in collections from people moving, not getting the last bill, not returning equipment, etc.
Because I only had this and one other account needed to be removed to have a squeaky clean report, I called CREDIT MANAGEMENT LP and paid in full for a deletion and they agreed. 
It, of course, is still showing up on TU as a paid collection. I've disputed and came back "verified". I disputed again on Nov 25 as

This account is settled.

The creditor agreed to delete this account.

If this comes back as verified, what are my best chances of getting it deleted?

Do you have any proof that they agreed to a PFD. I know with my PFD I recorded the whole conversation as ammo just for a reason like this.
