I sent out 4 PFD's last week and 2 came back today- settlement offer of 25% accepted AND the letters both say specifically that the record will be DELETED from the reports!
When our mortgage broker did a rapid rescore it showed with 4 accounts gone his score would go up 40 points and we'd be well above the 620 we need for a house. Since two of the accounts showing as his collections were mistakes, we should be there in a little over 30 days!
Companies were Marigold Financial and RJM Acquisitions!
