PFD med collection and removed from report and score dropped 25 pts?

I paid off a 2 yr old medical collection with a PFD and after they removed it from my credit report my score dropped 25 points. Why did this happen and when will my score go back up? 😡

1 coll deleted and score dropping doesn't make much sense to me. Is there any chance your oldest good account is a few months old only? Are you sure there's no information missing? --another coll showing up as new or something

On Credit Karma my Transunion went down 25 points and earlier today myfico sent me an alert that said my Experian went up 4 points. I'm confused. Lol

Stop paying attention to Credit Karma.  It isn't a real score anyway.
