They popped up on my CR as a written off "loan". We live in LA but still bank in local MA bank after moving. They would not process any more payments to them after paying 1700 on1000 loan (about $150 short of total repayment amount -- something changed in MA law and they became illegal and banks will not process payments to or from PG anymore). Now it shows as a derogatory on my CR. Do I have a case to dispute to have this updated to paid and current?
