PRA ticks me off

I have only had 2 collections ever and both were owned by PRA. After paying the first one off for the full amount of $8xx they deleted the trade line. Awesome!! Well I finished paying the 2nd one off about 2 months ago $1494 and I have been trying to GW for a deletion on it since its PIF as well. I keep getting denied by the PRAOMBUDSMAN that they do not do deletes. BULLCRAP! They have personally deleted one of mine and many others on this board! Should I call them out on that? Or would it be best just to keep trying?

We know its BS, You know its BS and HE knows its BS - but calling them out on it will simply make them dig in even more. Keep trying and be sugary sweet in your requests, and try various contacts.

we are one tick off bunch with pra but what can we do but keep trying. I am leaving them for last because I know they are the biggest bull of the bunch. I hope by the time I get to them I can get them off my cra. I hope you got it resolved op.

They've deleted and readded the same amount multiple times to me, which results in a 2-4 point drop each time. I'm almost to the point of being Capital One to take my payment so that I can skip them completely.
