It was in the repo stage, however the car was never required. i made a mistake it was paid 7/10 after a letter was sent 5/10 they wanted the remaining balance.
I got hold of the letter and called a Lawyer on behalf of Chrysler. When I found out I paid the lump sum at once. She gave me the option to pay in full or reinstate the loan.
I have an email from the lawyer it would say Paid in full, I tried so much to get a PFD and they told me Chrysler was not budging, she would see what she could do.
My guy just pulled his report 2 years later, really I know, and there is no where on the report that it was sold and bought by another. This is the only listing.
After it was paid I rec'd the car title a few weeks later.
