Paid charge off updated on 2 of 3 reports HELP

[Whew]

Hello.  On June 2, I paid a First Premier CH.  took six weeks before EQ and EX updated my report.  36 and 50 point increase.  The other, TU, has yet to update.  What to do?  Waiting for a score increase before applying for a mortgage pre-approval. 

While I'm at it, I also paid off a car loan with Toyota on May 31st.  No update on the reports. 🤦🏽‍♀️

For both of those accounts it's only been a little over a month. You have to keep in mind, even when you make the final payment, creditors have to do their final processing and close out your file, which could take another 2 weeks. I'd give it another month or so, and if there aren't any updates, then I'd call up the creditors.
