don't closed up all ur installments loans account your credit with drop. Find a credit union near you that offers credit builder loans.

Actually left one open with mu FCU. A small personal loan, but it's paid regularly to show activity. Thanks....

Since the BOA was a charge off and was not sold, they probably were reporting monthly. Since you paid them off the monthly reporting zero out and stop the monthly reporting. So you should get a score boost for that alone. Paying off the other cards and the deletion of the other collections should give you a real nice score boost.

Hawt dang!  Job well done.  This is indeed a journey and there will be bumps and bruises (ego, anyone?  LOL) along the way.  But, I would suggest that those of us who have mucked things up in our varied pasts will appreciate the (at times frustrating) journey up that Fico Score Range truly.

 

Now, let's see those scores all above 700?  How 'bout that?
