I have 2 charge offs. $811 and $1200. they fall off within the year. should i wait or would it give me immediate benefit to pay them now?

It depends. Are they updating every month?

They both are and have been.

Then yes, if you have the funds and are willing to part with them and if you want a more immediate score boost, it would benefit you to pay them now. Once they both fall off in a year, if there are no other negatives on your file at that time, you'd get a further boost for having a squeaky clean file.
Alternatively, you could wait it out, and you'd still get a score boost, but not until they both fall off, and again, assuming there are no other negatives on your file.
