Pay for Delete: Pay Day Loan

Hello all I am currently in the rebuilding phase, hoping to get into my first home by end of lease March 2020, or at least building by then!

My current credit and scores ad of 01/30 (new update coming soon) EQ 566 EX 575 and TU 605 Mid score would be 582 so I would make the cut to be considered for home but they pull different scores so my score was much lower... These are from Experian's monitoring site so I figure these are accurate.

Back to the point--- I went to a homebuilder just to get an idea of where I sat in the home buying process and the rep there told me to pay off the Payday loans for sure... one is with Speedy Cash $778 an the other is The Cash store $591. Because this is semi new to me I never know what to offer to have these PFD... what would be a good starting amount? He also adv that I disputed all medical collections because they will help them refresh my score and points could increase ... Thoughts?

Current Credit

Care Credit $500 SL and Zero balance just paid it to zero hoping for CLI soon

Self Lender $1000 just started with this account first payment due 03/05

Anything ele you need ask I am an open book!

Re: Pay for Delete: Pay Day Loan

Is the collection name for speedy cash ad astra Recovery because if so if you pay in full they delete in 30 days. I’m not sure about the cash store because mine falls off in two years so I’m just letting it take its course.

Re: Pay for Delete: Pay Day Loan

It is Astra Recovery, they will only take the full payment no negotiation?

Re: Pay for Delete: Pay Day Loan

Only if you want it removed before the 7.5 years. Other than that they will update to settled for less than owed.
