Paying the wrong CA

Yea I think they are crooks and I got pressured into paying because they were throwing the whole judgment in my face.

I just don't want to end up in this situation again. I'm really nervous about it.

Having some fun now.....

Home page: "Americas", "our goal of our consumers", not to mention the grammar.

Payments: "Wire Paymens" and "Online Ckeck"; payment instructions and links don't match.

About Us: This is a fun statement: "When you speak to any of our representatives you will get the guidence you are looking for or simply to get  whatever it is you need."

   --You: CA, I need you to go away!

      CA: No, we won't

      You: But you said I am able, "....simply to get whatever it is you need."

      CA: Click (hangs up).

So should I DV both Paragon Way and P.N Financial even though I already paid on the account to both?

Do you think i would have a case to sue if I can prove one falsely collected on an account?

Yes...I'd DV both.  I know there is a "full media validation" type letter.  Maybe someone has one handy??? (shout out for help here) There is a ton of info they have to supply.  One will not be able to validate & I'd contact the AG...pronto!  Are you in the same state as the CA's.  I'm guessing not.  Whichever cannot validate, write to that AG.

Personally, I would not bother with BBB.  From my experience, as well as many I've read here, they are a JOKE!!!  Go the legal route.  Make these ba$tard$

Excellent!  Even after this whole ordeal is over....put that kind of stuff in a box & just hang on to it.  You never know when you might need it!

Just as an example, I have every tax return from 1975 to now.  just in case. (am I paranoid or what?)

I looked up Paragon and I don't see any references to the crappy site Hauling mentioned!

I also looked up PN Financial and came up squat!

Where are you guys seeing all this???

I don't know about Paragon, but I googled "PN Financial" and it popped up in the first link.
