I've recently have gone through credit repair & am looking for direction on a personal loan to finally finish rebuilding my home from Hurricane Harvey. I would rather personal loan than a credit card with high limits so I can build credit while rebuilding my house but I am open to advice on both!

Equifax is my lowest at 570
