Yes, they delete once collection is paid. It can take up to 30 days, but it will get deleted.

Yes, original TL stays. Only resulting collection gets removal

Is the debt still within the SOL? If not, I'd say 40%. On the other hand, if it is within the SOL, I'd be happy with 50%-55%

PRA is a bit difficult to negotiate with. I tried to settle for 65% and they refused.
