Hello all, i am post BK 7 5 months out. I wanted to know how or if theres any possibility to have delinquency items/remarks removed from my credit reports. It is my understanding that even in post BK, anything derogetory remarks pertaining to past dues, etc is never taken down? Also, I had an old payday loan that took me to court in 2009 and it was settled in full through wage garnishment by court order. Can that be removed? It still shows up as a balance due even though it was paid off and i didnt think payday loans had the right to post derogetory info since by getting the loan, there was no credit check or credit needed.
my credit scores are Experian: 601 TU 590 EQ 589. I have an auto new car auto loan through Capital One Auto Finance at 12..9%, an intallment loan with Heights Finance, a secured credit card with USAA of $350, a secured credit card with Capital one for $250 (and they recenlty gave me an unsecured CRI of $100 last month), a brand new unsecured visa account with Credit One Bank with a $300 CL, another brand new credit line with First Premier Bank with an unsecured credit line of $700 and a recent Fingerhut/Web Bank credit line of $400 and CDR (debt to credit ratio) is 26%. I also really wanted a BP gas card and a Gulf Gas Card and a JC Penny Card...all of which i applied for this month and all of which were denied due to my BK 7, according to the denial letters i recived. Is there any way i can get any gas card from anywhere and get approved? Oh, i also applied for a Walmart Card and was denied. I think i will have to ride out a full year before i apply for anythng...or should I?
