DW had a 2 year old collection for $321 that procollect now owns. She just received an offer in the mail from Porcollect. They discounted the debt 50% and will delete from credit report!
Has anyone received an offer like this from them, and had success with them actually deleting from CR?
If the offer is in writing, it is evidence that clearly establishes a written contract offer that is enforceable in court should they fail to delete once you establish the contract by paying the debt.
They are highly unlikely to place themselves in a breach of written contract civil suit by refusing to honor the agreed terms.
I would jump on any offer that includes both a settlement for less and a deletion agreement.

A forum search revels several threads where people have received the same type of letter and they've followed through on the deletion promise.

Since they've put the promise of deletion in writing the odds are pretty much guaranteed they'll follow through since you can use the letter as proof it should be deleted after payment. I would take them up on the offer.
