I have a question about medical collection showing on my CR. How do you know when it will "drop off"? Based on the information below when would/should this one "drop off"?
I have one that shows:
Date Reported - 04/2012
Date Assigned - 08/2008
Date of 1st Delinquency - 05/2008
Are you talking about the state SOL on debt or the FCRA credit report exclusion date?
If its CR exclusion, it would be 7 years plus 180 days from the DOFD.
