I am going to list everything on my CR here just to give you all an idea of what I am dealing with. The lender I am using as I stated in a previous post said to get rid of the 2 disputed accounts and the judgement. Than open 2 secured cards, get a certificate of deposit and take a loan aainst it. After doing this I will qualify for the loan in a few months.

Sorry couldn't find a better way to copy and paste it here. I have no new lines of credit for that matter no revolving accounts or installments that are active. Literally my score went up around 100 points in the last year when everything fell off. Now I am going to take care of the rest since I can finally afford to deal with it. I really just want to hit 620 for now so I can get a home loan. What steps besides what the lender told me would you take. I have some massive debt on here and am surpirsed he told me not to pay it.
