REALLY NEED HELP!!! WITH GECRB/HOME SHOPPING

I sent a goodwill letter a week ago to GECRB/Home Shopping, the address on my CBR is P.O. Box 965005, Orlando, FL 32896 but I received a letter from GE Capital Retail Bank with the same address that is indicated and they say that they are not the service provider for Home Shopping Network.

Can some one please help me, Im trying to get my secured card turned into an unsecured card and this is really effecting my score!!!!!
