REPO QUESTION!!!!!

I have a repo  on my credit report (two years old). OC is reporting a balance of $4,000. Should I DV, PFD or request a payment plan?

What is SOL? Is a CA reporting?

how do you determine when the SOL begins?  date of last pymnt 12/2006; date of 1st delinquency 9/2003; date of del 1st rptd 2/2007. the account is with the oc.

In most all states, if not all, SOL restarts with a payment. If last payment was made 12/2006 I would start counting SOL from that date.
