I received a letter from RGS Financial in response to a PFD. Does this mean I pursue resolving this with Cox Cable now?? RGS Financial should disappear from my credit report, right? How long does that usually take?
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

It could take up to 90 days, but usually within 30 it should be gone. Is there still a debt? If so, I would contact Cox Cable now and see if you can pay it so it doesn't show up with another CA.
It is still a debt. I'll call tomorrow to arrange a payment plan, if possible. Thanks for the feedback!
I was just curious.
Cox screwed me over $1.11 !! I took to social media and they deleted. They are notoriously tough to deal with, so call them right away and get it settled. Keep calling and please take names and get something in writing!!!
I look up all three credit reports last night and saw that Franklin Collections shows up on my TU and EQ. EX had RGS which should disappear.
It seems a lot of people had success with Franklin on this board so I'm going to go ahead and try to PFD with a settlement offer. Wish me luck!
