I have a charge-off with First Premier that hasn't gone to collections. I know they are difficult to work with for PFD and GW letters so I asked to see if my account would be able to get reinstated if I PFD and that wasn't an option. The best they could do is settle for $310 instead of $510. Is there a better way about doing this? Can accounts be reinstated? I just briefly saw it being done with some cards. Any input would be great!
