Welcome! I am new also.. Been on a few weeks and I have learned SO much in just that short time! Anxiously waiting to see the results from my PFD's and GW letters I sent out earlier this week Good luck to you!!!
Welcome.
I am fairly new as well. The info and help i have received in the past month has helped me shoot my scores up 40-50 points on average.
This site is a blessing!
Welcome all,
I am new as of September 2013. This are some great people/advice here. I started rebuilding in 2012 after a credit hiatus. That was the 2nd worst mistake (1st was letting my credit tank) of my credit life. Anyhow, I'm working northward. It's been a slow process, but 2013 has been good to me with approvals. I've had a few denials along the way as well. I expect to crest sometime late next year when my last charge off falls off Equifax and Transunion. I have 3 left on Experian which will take me into Jan 15, but my Experian score is higher than Equifax. Long story short, welcome and wishing you all the best.
Please make note of the amounts / if they're paid - it'll be helpful for advice!

Who's the creditor with the civil judgments? The american student loans are they derogatory?
OP do you have open credit cards now reporting as a positive TL? If not, get one or two even if they are secured. I made the mistake of not obtaining credit, but working on just the negative items. You should work on both together because CRA's factor in the last 24 months heavier than any other period.
