Rebuilding my Credit

Hello all! I decided to start healing my credit this month. I just bought a new car two days ago out of necessity. But now, things are slowing down and I am wanting to get my credit A1. So I am going to list my stats below.

These are CK scores so I know they're not accurate...

Transunion is 591 (Pulled Saturday at 616)

Equifax is 591 (Pulled Saturday as 646)

Experian is 641

Credit card utilization is about 34%. I have above 40 inquiries on every credit reporting agency. I have owned 12+ vehicles and opened alot of credit cards over the last two years. I have one medical collection over two years old reporting only on Equifax and Transunion. I do plan to pay this off since it will no longer be reportable once it has been paid to zero. I also plan to have my credit cards paid off by the end of this year. So, realistically, my report will be pretty clean by the beginning of 2024, minus inquiries. So can I expect my score to recover to above 700's when my inquiries fall off, the collection is no longer reported, and my utilization is below 1%? I have no plans in the next two years to open any new accounts, but do want to plan for a mortgage in the next 5.

Welcome @Credit_junkie98

Work down the list. Get util across all cards below 8.99%. Then all cards as a total or aggregate util under the same amount.

Who is the collection agency?

No More inq's!!!!!!!!! They only count after 1 year on your FICO score. But remain on your reports.

How many cards over the past 2 yrs?

Basically you answered your own questions. Garden till the coast is clear. Inq's mostly. Looks like credit seeking. Keep util low. You cant pay it. Dont charge it. In a year things will be better. You can get a free FICO score above in the banner on the page.
