Hi there,
Just wanted to say that I mailed RMS a goodwill letter regarding 3 accounts that were showing on my credit reports. Less than a week later, they sent me a letter stating they were removing all 3. A month later, they are all gone. I did not mail it to anyone's attention - just 'to whom it may concern', and sent it to the address listed on my credit report. It is worth it to try sending a goodwill letter if you haven't already. I didn't think it would work for me, but it did!
Good luck

Same happened for me back when I had the issue with them! Congrats
Hi All,
I want to state that I went through the process and contacted this collection agency to PFD me. They were courteous and eager to help me out. However, you must pay first before they can send you an acknolwedgment letter stating removal after pay. So I used a special tactic of mine to get rid of the coll. in my CR. If for any reason, the collection is made for unpaid MEDICAL BILLS, you have the right, under Federal Law, to get it removed if and only if, it shows as "MEDICAL" in your credit report. This is because of new HIPPA Laws regulations.
I came upon this knowledge through my employer, which is the Dept. of Homeland Security. Thanks! (I'm open to questions).

Thank you!

Can you PM me more information about this please.
I have had luck getting RMS to delete the entire TL from my report after I paid it.
I wrote them a GW letter to their physical office address (not the PO box) then two weeks later I followed up with a phone call to the Collections Manager asking if they had received my letter. They wrote a deltetion letter and the TL was gone within a couple days.
