Remove Charge Off help needed

I have a charge of from Bank of Delaware for a continental finance credit card.  I could not pay the account and they did a charge off and sent to a collection agency.  I paid the collection agency in full but the charge off is still on the bureaus?  What do I need to do to get it off all the CRA's.  Thanks.
