No, the Fresh Start Program is a Federal program only; IRS liens only.

Any success in Georgia?
I live in NYC and my lien was satisfied in March 2009. I'm on the phone now hoping IRS will release the lien. Transunion is the only credit bureau reporting this lien.
When you delete negative items from a credit report some can hurt your score depending on the age of the accounts. Length of Credit history makes up 15% of your credit history.
DId you get this removed lien removed?
Also, what is the difference between a State tax lien and IRS lien?
IIRC, my credit shows a "TAX LIEN" from the state of Florida I believe? Could this be removed?
any luck removing a ga state tax lien?
Some great info in here. Thanks I have a satisfied tax lien on my CR. Only bad public record. Going to check and see if it is fed or state and work on it after reading these.
