The reason PRA might not be reporting is because they are collecting on capital one behalf which means they do not have authority to report. Capital one does sometimes give their debts to collection agencies to collect on their behalf i know from experience. So if capital one is reporting a balance the account is still with them they are just choosing to have a collection agency get the money for them. As far as that tuition collection since it is such a high amount i would try and see if they will settle or if they will let you set up a payment plan.
