SOL...LA/MS

I have a couple of questions...does anyone know the SOL on medical for Mississippi.
Well, we reside in MS but some of the services were rendered in Louisiana and some were rendered in Mississippi.

Re: SOL...LA/MS

Statutes of limitation for Mississippi are as follows:
open account: 3 years
written account: 3 years
sales account: 6 years

Just in case someone else ever needs this.

Re: SOL...LA/MS

Does anyone have a clue what the SOL for cell phones would be??  DD has 2 COs albeit small from Sprint and 1 from Afni, which is !449.00.  I have a hard time believing NEXTEL would allow someone to accumulate a $1449.00 cell phone bill before cutting the service?

I am thinking it would be a written account but I am not sure.

Re: SOL...LA/MS

I believe that the SOL for cell phones is 2 years and is federally mandated. I could be wrong.
