Score Watch Alert: 17 POINT INCREASE since 11/26/2012!!!!!!

I just got a Score Watch alert that my score had changed. I was so excited to see a 17 point increase!  Eventhough, Sallie Mae hasn't addressed my issue ; they did report  the balance of my private loan as $0. 

Starting Score: 501
Current Score: 529
Goal Score: 700
