Trying to GW sears citi card for GW on a 90 day late from a year ago. The late is killing me. Trying to get a mortgage. Anybody have any advice on this one???

Try to locate the name of a management official with authority to grant GW as an exception to what is most likely their standard policy.

Sending the request to a general mailing address will put it in the hands of an underling with no authority to grant exceptions to standard policy not to delete accurate reporting.
