ARS removed the collections account, as they said they would. They said they would send out the removal at the end of the month, which they did. On Monday, it was off of my EX, and today it came off of my EQ & TU.
My FICO Score8 scores are now:
EX - 742
EQ - 764
TU - 728
Not sure why TU thinks so poorly of me. And my Vantage 3.0 scores are like, 722. But whatever.
Still haven't gotten a credit card. But I'm not feeling the need to right now, since my scores are solidly over 700. I was thinking a card might be needed to get me over 700, but it's not. So I'm going to get pre-approval for a mortgage ASAP, and just worry about that for now. Thanks again for everyone's advice.
