No. That was an old "method" that only occasionally worked with removing certain public records - more specifically, civil judgments often verified via 3rd party vendors such as LexisNexis. Judgments are no longer allowed to be reported on credit reports tho so...

Nothing you can do about inquires unless you can convince the ones who pulled your CRs to recode them as SPs. For a paid collection a GW letter would be necessary to ask for removal.
