We got an email from the BBB saying that LVNV denied my claims but will delete the account and it's reporting to all 3 CB's! This has been on my wife's profile since 2011!! So pumped! We tried the BBB route a year ago with no luck. Glad it seems to have worked this time.

I used the tips mentioned in a few other threads. I noted I never received any communication from this company or validation of debt.
