Send proof with a dispute

so I have a weird situation, car loan is saying I never paid (even tried to repo the car) however I did, I have proof and conf #'s from them.. THEY claim it was "returned by my bank"

Sooo I have a letter from my branch manager at TD as well as my bank statements to prove they are 100% wrong and ive now DOUBLE paid, so my question is can I send this info in with my dispute? if so how do I go about that?

Thanks

Re: Send proof with a dispute

We need a little clarification to be able to better answer your question.

1--what dispute are you referring to?  Are you trying to dispute with the credit bureaus, or are you sending a dispute to the creditor?

2--what exactly is the creditor saying?  As in, they apparently claim that at least some of your payments have been returned by the bank.  Are we talking about just a couple payments or a substantial number of payments?  I ask because if it's just one or two payments, My course of action would be very different than if it were a lot of payments, repo attempts, credit reporting, etc.

Re: Send proof with a dispute

they reported to all 3 so im going to dispute it with all 3 AND the Creditor.

They are sticking to their story that my payments "bounced" and were returned, they never were
