I found the email address to the CEO of First Premier.  I hope that my letter works.  I have paid off all of my collections debt.  I have revolving credit that is reporting positive marks.  I would like to buy a home by the end of this year or the beginning of 2012.  I'm praying that the CEO approves my request.  I will keep you updated on the response that I receive.

No luck with them.  They sent me a nastygram.... Saying that they will continue reporting.  They are such a pain!
