Sri-State Adjustments collection letter for 2.49 from Cumberland farms

I just received a collection letter in the mail from Tri-State adjustments in WI. It's for a $2.97 & $2.14 charge from Cumberland farms smart pay, ( apparently an old account charged back and it didnt go thru)  plus  their $35 + $20 fees!!!  It says call or write to us by 2/12/22 to dispute all or part of the debt.  I haven't seen any collection pop up on my credit report, If I pay immediatly will they still report to bureaus?

Typically they give you 30 days to pay before reporting, check the fine print and if it doesnt say give em a call and arrange a payment in lieu of their reporting it.
