After many months of not working on my credit I am finally ready to start full force again. I just pulled my credit report from my USAA Credit Monitoring service. Below are the negatives. Below are my scores and negative items on my report. I know I made mistakes, I just need some help on how to repair this.
Thank you!

Hey there,
You've got a list collections. From my little understanding, these are going to be big factors.
I would suggest finding a couple examples of Pay for Delete letters to send to the Collection Agencies. There are a lot of small balances and the more of those you can get rid of, the better. See my comments in Bold.

I was thinking those would be the best to start with. Thanks for responding!
Looks like we both are in the same boat as far as repairing our credit, I am also taking the exact same route you are I am taking care of the small derogs and sending out PFD letters and also getting a secured credit card to add some positive to boost my score. I am also in need of advice about a judgement I have from a credit union and how I should handle that. Good luck and whatever info I get to help you (us) I will be more then happy to share.
Knowing your states SOL for debt would be a big plus. If any of these are still within SOL and you offer a PFD and they decline, it could get you sued. Even though the newer collections have a bigger impact on your score, they are probably within SOL. I would start with some of the smaller ones that the SOL has expired on.
As for the auto loan, they are installment accounts and are not factored into revolving. They have their own utilization and it counts very little toward your score. Once the CO is gone, you may see an increase.
Any score increase is relevent to what else is on your CR.
