I'm at the one year mark and talked to a Specialist about graduation. She said that secured cards will only graduate at $4999 or under. Since my deposit was $12,000, I changed it to $4900 and got back $7100. She said the graduation process is all automated and they can't do it manually but I was free to apply for the unsecured card.
