How the heck do you get your score on my fico?

I did everything and when it came to the end it says over and over and over again that the SS# already exist log into your account to veiw your info.

Am I missing something?

Log in...all that means is..your already registered...for to forgot password...and see what happens...

After you log in, you should see a link at the top that says "My Purchases". Try clicking that and post back. To order new scores, you'll have to click the link that says something like "Buy today's scores".
