Hi. I Have a Surge Mastercard managed by Continental Finance but Celtic Bank is the issuer. I have 1 30 day late because the payment was returned by Surge because my bank account was frozen. Didn’t know anything about it. No call or email. So as soon as I got the 30 day late notice from Credit Karma, I sent it again but too late. Hoping a goodwill letter will work. Only late payment I have. Any Goodwill letter example and which of the 2 places to send it to. Thanks!
