Synchrony Bank EO email

I sent an email to their EO sometime in the morning yesterday and received a phone call around 5 PM that day that they received the email and will look into it. Results of the investigation will be in the mail. My fingers are crossed. I've tried calling into Synchrony and was denied. Thanks to the forum, I was able to locate the corporate secretary's email address and send the GW letter yesterday.
