Hi all! So last month after reading this forum, I decided to write TU for a Good Will delete 6 months early on THREE very negative tradelines / CO. To my shock, they first deleted my Capital One account for $2500 CO 6 months early, then a week later deleted a KEY checking account for $900 early and a T-Mobile charged off account for $1,100. Please don't judge, these are all from nearly 7 years ago during a very hard time in my life. My credit since has been reestablished wonderfully. I have over 11 current student loans, an auto loan for 1 1/2 years CURRENT, never late and a BARCLAYCARD with $1500 limit and a Credit One card with $400 limit, all current.
With all this great information reporting, I am shocked to see my credit score has not budged at ALL, even with THREE collection removals in the past week. Is it too soon to reflect a change? I was told the score should sky rocket after these removals, and my positive trade lines now. Can someone please give me insight? My score according to TU is 570.
Thank you in advance for any and all input !!!

Grats to getting the early exclusion on the 3 accounts
If these are your only derogs then there should be a score increase it may take several days for monitoring services to pick up the deletions and let you know of a score change. If they are not your only derogs then the bump is going to be muted. If you want to help your score I suggest you open 2 more bankcards, then cancel that Credit One, I would also get 1 store card to add to that mix. You say your score is 570 according to TU so that could very well be a FAKO and not a Fico score at all.
Thank you! Actually the 570 is my FICO, listed on my Barclay account. I do have 2 more derogs - very old, one year left to go until auto age-off. That's it, though. All other accounts reporting as current. My UTIL is high right now, that may be keeping it down .. lost a job, but started a really good new one as a nurse so I will pay those down very soon to under 25%. However I can't imagine that those deletions wil have NO effect at all. Perhaps when my FICO score re-cycles end of the month it will pick up the 3 deletions as a positive change and the score will rise !
Also as a side note -- I do not think I will get approved for any more credit cards with my score under 600, until that bump comes along, so I can't really open any more cards I am thinking.
YMMV but in general by the time a negative has aged that long it really has very little impact to score, if any. However during a manual review for credit it could make the difference between approval or not or the terms, if those are gone from the report. Based on my experience anyhow.
couple questions:
How old are the Barclay and Credit One accounts?
What is the balance/limit on each?
Do you have an OC revolving accounts reporting a CO and balance remaining?
Grats OP, I'm hoping to get some early exclusions this July. I can't wait to have a full clean report (hopefully before) next January!
@ Norman - my Barclay account is 4 months old, my Credit One about 6 months old. Barclay has a $1500 limit with a $1,000 balance and Credit One has a $400 limit with $50 balance. I also have a CARE CREDIT / SYNCBANK card with a $3,000 line and a $1,500 balance (0% APR - taking advantage!!). Any insight would be appreciated to the fullest! I really want to see these scores boom!
And thank you for the congrats, all !
Congratulations on your success!
Biggest score boost you would see is to get those balances down so only one card reports less than 10% of its limit. I would suggest apping for a Capital One card (or two), and dumping Credit One ASAP. Capital One is far, far better for rebuilding, they will upgrade your cards and be very generous with credit limits as your building, as long as you use their cards a lot, but keep them paid down.
