TU Early Exclusion

Can I request this in a letter, or would they just send me a form letter back? I am disabled and speaking to them on the phone is a bit challenging, but if that is needed, I would.

I simply disputed them as "too old".

You can file a dispute on their website and select the account is too old option. It happens fairly quick if you are within the EE time frame.
