Many folks may live in households where two individuals each have their own cards and coincidentally may both have one each of the same card.
It used to be that my DP would receive the better offers and it would be slightly sad to receive the lesser offer myself.
As I'm flipping through the mail, I run across two offers from Discover. The mission has been achieved - I receive offers that are as good - in fact, even BETTER!
While the DP has a higher credit line available for an account that's probably over fifteen years old, My similarly-aged account was cut down to a mere $500 credit line, but I was able to get that old card up to $9200, then split into two $4600 accounts and that new account is receiving the better offers.
