And lost three points. Yeah its a vantage score, but still. It was three paid medical bills showing as in collections, two were the same bill and one was showing the balance as $4451, but was less than $700 when it went to collections, which makes no sense to me, but whatever. So why did I lose points?

No clue on the loss of points though. Unless it's a FICO score, I wouldn't worry alot about it.
Do you think if I refreshed myfico's TU report it would update, or should I wait a few days?

The descrease could be that one of your baddies had some length of credit for you and now your credit history isnt as long.... not really sure but I wouldn't sweat it!

Update, make that FOUR baddies deleted. I had goodwilled a paid parking ticket that was showing as in collections from 2008 that I don't believe was ever in collections, but instead of disputing I goodwilled them sweet as pie and abracadabra, poof! I was away from the internet all weekend and didn't even see the email until now. With a roll like this going, I'm never not checking my email again.
