I currently have a small, $146, collection showing from Aaron Rents on my cr. I called to pay it in full and was told it was sold to Turtle Creek Assets and that Aarons could not remove the account, because that was up to Turtle Creek. It is not showing 0 balance, but only late payments. Turtle Creek is not showing on my cr and I would like to pif for not reporting. Should I call Turtle Creek or send a letter? Should I dispute Aarons for not reporting the balance at 0, if so should I pay Turtle creek before disputing Aarons? I am so confused!! This is my only baddie except midland and I would like it removed. Thanks for the help.
